ENDEAVY Care Prepared is built for practical caregiver handoffs. Public QR access is intentionally narrow, Secure Vault material stays private, and emergency-use copy is explicit about what the app does and does not do.
A public QR page is an owner-approved emergency snapshot for fast handoff decisions.
Private household data belongs behind authenticated access or in the Secure Vault.
Care Prepared organizes owner-entered handoff information. It does not dispatch help, monitor emergencies, replace local emergency services, or guarantee alert delivery.
Medication fields are reference information entered by the household. They are not dosing guidance, treatment instructions, diagnosis, emergency triage, or a substitute for clinicians.
Owners, trusted helpers, providers, and public QR viewers are different audiences. The app keeps public emergency access narrower than authenticated household access.
Workflow sharing map
Care Prepared separates public emergency access, trusted-helper review, and private owner-only records by workflow. Use this map when deciding where to enter a fact and what to do if something was shared too broadly.
Public QR
Owners decide whether a concise emergency fact belongs in the public snapshot.
Trusted helper
Trusted helpers may see role-relevant routines, profile details, contact order, resources, and handoff instructions.
Private
Secrets, account access, full private history, and owner-only context belong in Secure Vault or should be left out.
Public QR
Shows only owner-approved emergency snapshot information for fast handoff decisions.
Trusted helper
A helper can use the same public card or QR sheet during a drill, but it is still public-scope information.
Private
No Secure Vault, billing, raw logs, private notes, owner-only settings, owner-only exports, or medication/dosing guidance.
Public QR
Does not change the public QR snapshot or make private notes public.

Role-scoped helpers review call order, critical instructions, supports, essentials, routines, emergency materials, and local checklist confirmations.

Trusted helper
Handoff packets and helper drills can include broader owner-scoped handoff details for rehearsal and offline review.

Exports exclude Secure Vault contents, billing, raw logs, private notes, and owner-only data. Local review stamps are not formal history.
Public QR
None. Vault items never appear on public emergency QR pages.
Trusted helper
None by default. Move only safe, necessary handoff facts into contacts, resources, routines, or critical instructions.

Owner-only encrypted records for passwords, access details, IDs, documents, and sensitive legal or household notes.
Public QR
Public QR remains minimal even when an alert is active.
Trusted helper
Emergency-contact access opens only during an active Red Alert and stays read-only for operational handoff context.
Private
No Secure Vault, billing, private notes, raw QR tokens, owner-only settings, owner-only exports, full logs, edits, invites, deletion, or QR rotation.
Vault items are encrypted before storage and are not shown on public QR pages. Families should use the vault for private household details such as access notes, Wi-Fi details, portal information, and private instructions. If a vault password is lost, ENDEAVY Care Prepared cannot recover encrypted vault contents.
Use the QR review and export flows to check what a helper can see before placing a printed code on a fridge, binder, backpack, or go-bag.
If a printed QR card or link may be in the wrong hands, rotate the household QR code and print a fresh card.
The web app can save the last opened public emergency snapshot on a device. Open the QR page once with service before relying on offline fallback.
