Terms of Service

1. Service

ENDEAVY Care Prepared helps households organize care instructions, care recipients, caregivers, contacts, task history, alerts, secure vault items, and emergency QR information. You are responsible for keeping household data accurate and up to date.

2. Emergency Use

The service is a coordination tool, not an emergency response provider, healthcare provider, legal advisor, insurer, security system, or substitute for professional judgment. Medication fields are user-entered reference information only. Do not rely on ENDEAVY Care Prepared as the only way to communicate urgent care, medical, safety, or home access information.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for your account credentials, invited users, QR code access, and vault password. If you lose your vault password, encrypted vault contents cannot be recovered by ENDEAVY Care Prepared.

4. Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription. Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Mobile subscriptions may be processed through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Web Prepared Pro subscriptions may include a 14-day trial when shown at checkout. Family Pro may be offered separately when available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the billing provider's rules.

First-time annual Prepared Pro web purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the first charge if requested through support@endeavy.com. Monthly subscriptions and renewal charges are not refunded for partial billing periods unless required by law or approved by Endeavy in its discretion. Apple and Google purchases are managed through their respective subscription and refund processes.

5. Account Deletion

You may initiate account deletion from account settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel Stripe, Apple, or Google billing, so cancel active subscriptions through the provider before deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to harass others, send unlawful content, misuse emergency alerting, attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscription controls, or interfere with service security or availability.
