ENDEAVY Care Prepared helps households organize care profiles, caregiver access, emergency contacts, routines, private vault items, and emergency QR information. We collect and process the information you provide so the service can operate reliably and securely.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information, household details, care recipient profiles, care rules, contacts, caregiver invitations, task history, emergency alert activity, and subscription records. If you use notifications or email invites, we process the destination contact details needed to send them.

2. Secure Vault

Vault items such as access codes, Wi-Fi details, and other sensitive notes are encrypted before storage. Your vault password is not stored by ENDEAVY Care Prepared. If you lose it, we cannot recover encrypted vault contents for you.

3. Emergency QR Pages

Public emergency QR pages are designed to show only owner-approved emergency care information such as care recipient profiles, critical instructions, resource locations, and emergency contacts. Vault items are not shown on public QR pages.

4. Payments

Subscription billing is handled by payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We store subscription status and provider identifiers needed to unlock paid features, but we do not store full card numbers.

5. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and household data from account settings in the app or by contacting privacy support. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.
